## About the Role

BSc, MSc, or PhD in any engineering discipline (mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical, etc.).
Demonstrated experience producing technical reports, design documentation, or in-depth project analyses.
Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
Background in presenting complex engineering concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Track record of contributing to multidisciplinary or cross-functional engineering projects.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for supporting innovation in technology and engineering education.
Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory compliance, or engineering quality assurance processes is a plus.

## Description

micro1 is engaging Engineering Experts to contribute expert knowledge and analytical capabilities to a unique customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
Review and analyze engineering documentation, including technical reports, design documents, and project analyses.
Provide detailed written feedback, technical clarifications, and expert-level commentary on complex engineering scenarios.
Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of engineering submissions from a variety of disciplines.
Develop real-world engineering examples and problem sets to ensure AI models understand practical engineering contexts.
Collaborate with micro1 to align deliverables with project milestones and requirements.
