## Description

* Field dispatch cases at customer sites, including repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other various equipment. Covering the greater Reno, NV area
 * Projects and cases installing, refreshing, replacing, and removing equipment.
 * Working with end-users to resolve issues.
 * Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
 * Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
 * Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
 * Providing updates to management as needed.
 * Great training opportunities and growth available.
