## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Systems Administrator role.
 * OS Expertise: Deep familiarity with troubleshooting and configuring macOS (Windows/Linux experience is a plus).
 * MDM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with an MDM platform (Uri/Kandji, Jamf, or similar).
 * SaaS Administration: Proven experience administering Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack.
 * Networking Basics: Solid grasp of core networking concepts (Wi-Fi standards, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing).
 * AI Tooling: Experience using AI tools and assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate troubleshooting, automate tasks, or improve documentation efficiency is a strong plus.
