TECHNICAL SKILLS * Adobe Captivate, Adobe Connect, Adobe Creative Cloud * Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook * SnagIt, HP Quality Center (HPQC), * Experience supporting K-12 education or government agencies. * Experience with Special Education systems such as SESIS or ATLAS. * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). * Knowledge of accessibility standards and adult learning principles. * Experience developing multimedia training content, webinars, and instructional videos. ## Description The IT Specialist - Training will support the NYC Department of Education's Special Education Systems by assisting in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for the ATLAS, SESIS, and related Special Education applications.
