This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and working with multiple departments to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and capable of balancing office responsibilities with occasional field support. Previous project management experience is not required. We value intelligence, initiative, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn our systems and products above prior project management experience., * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. * Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand manufacturing processes, construction methods, and technical drawings. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, and other computer-based technology. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and work independently. * Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. * Willing to work on-site at our North Branch warehouse and travel occasionally to installation locations. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, fabrication, or industrial environments is a plus but not required. * Experience coordinating projects or working in a customer-facing support role is beneficial. * A willingness to learn, ask questions, research information, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
