## About the Role

* Upgrade units for customized orders with strong attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and care of product
 * Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop, laptop, and all-in-one computers, along with other electronics
 * Self-starter who uses available resources to identify solutions to hardware and software issues

Experience with the following tasks with little or no instruction or supervision:

 * Disassemble and inspect laptop computers (desktop knowledge assumed)
 * Identify upgrade options by reviewing physical hardware
 * Verify components and partitions using command prompt
 * Re assemble units to a like new state

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

 * HS Diploma or GED required
 * 1 to 3 years of computer hardware experience
 * Ability to follow instructions while working independently or as part of a team
 * Strong understanding of basic mathematics
 * Chinese language is preferred but not required
 * Self starter who takes initiative and maintains a professional work ethic
