## About the Role

We are seeking a Workstation Technician to provide onsite desktop support, workstation deployment, hardware installations, equipment moves, and break/fix services. This role requires strong customer service skills and hands-on experience supporting computer hardware in an enterprise environment., * 2+ years of workstation, desktop, or IT support experience.

 * 2+ years of customer service experience.
 * Experience with PC hardware installation, troubleshooting, and break/fix support.
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems.
 * Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, LAN/WAN, client/server environments, and Windows operating systems.
 * Strong communication and organizational skills.
 * High School Diploma or equivalent.
 * Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Associate degree or technical training in Computers, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
 * Experience supporting users in a large enterprise environment.

Physical Requirements:

 * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
 * Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and work with arms above shoulder level.
 * Ability to distinguish colors.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

## Description

* Configure, deploy, install, and relocate desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripheral devices.
 * Perform hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment replacements.
 * Label and document equipment according to company standards.
 * Verify hardware specifications and maintain accurate asset records.
 * Process and update support requests using a ticketing system.
 * Maintain inventory of hardware, parts, and installation supplies.
 * Coordinate with IT teams to complete installations and equipment moves.
 * Provide excellent onsite customer support and basic end-user guidance.
 * Follow IT security policies for equipment handling and disposal.
