## About the Role

* Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated experience with MS Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
 * Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail.
 * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with end-users and technical teams.

Preferred (High-Priority) Qualifications

 * Ticketing & CRM: 3+ years of hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM and Jira for issue tracking.
 * Incident Management: Proven ability in bug validation, ticket triage, and escalation management.
 * Certification: A Salesforce Administrator Certification (completed or currently in progress) is highly preferred.

## Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the core technical support bridge for internal and external system users. You will manage ticket workflows, validate and replicate reported bugs, and translate end-user issues into clear, actionable technical documentation for our development teams.
