Builds alignment across engineering, product, design and business. + Act as interface between Engineering and Field Service Operations, track customer's requests and Beta qualifications. + Coordinate activities within AGS Operations: Planning, Purchasing and Engineering, and external suppliers to ensure no risk to customers. + Responsible for Business Process improvements, including maintaining matrix for process improvements and implementation of changes + Prepare and execute on project plan and define program objectives, including planning to implementation, to meet project timelines, deliverables and stay within budget + Run cross-functional program reviews; including creating dashboards and data visualization to present status and results + Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues, then remove obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for a positive outcome Functional Knowledge + Knowledge on Electro-Mechanical and Software engineering fundamentals. + Release engineering process documents. + Translation of business requirements into technical specs. + Data & Analytics. + Technical writing (design documentation, specs, program updates) Business Expertise + Has knowledge of company best practices and how own function integrates with other roles; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
