* Abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche universitäre Ausbildung (FH, Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige (idealerweise mindestens 5 Jahre) Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in einem Konzern- oder Enterprise-Umfeld

 * Agile und/oder relevante Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen wünschenswert
 * Ausgeprägte Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu führen
 * Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Hands-on-Mentalität und proaktives Handeln
 * Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Leitung von IT-Projekten sowie Übernahme der technischen Gesamtverantwortung - von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
 * Steuerung von Projektzielen in Bezug auf Fortschritt, Termine, Ressourcen, Kosten und Qualität
 * Anwendung klassischer (Wasserfall) sowie agiler Vorgehensmodelle und aktive Unterstützung der Teams in allen Projektphasen
 * Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung internationaler, interdisziplinärer Projektteams
 * Abhängigkeitsmanagement sowie Förderung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit über Team-, Bereichs- und Ländergrenzen hinweg
 * Moderation relevanter Projekt-, Regel- und Stakeholder-Meetings
 * Transparente Fortschrittsabstimmung über Projektinhalte auf allen Ebenen (Tasks, Epics, Features, User Stories) mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
 * Internationale Zusammenarbeit in einem überwiegend remote organisierten Arbeitsumfeld
