Experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying end-to-end data science solutions. * Hands-on experience with foundation models, including fine-tuning, adapting, evaluating, and deploying open-weight Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Vision-Language Models (VLMs). * Familiarity with modern GenAI frameworks and techniques such as Hugging Face, Transformers, PEFT/LoRA, model serving, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM evaluation methodologies. * Proficiency in Python and common data science and machine learning libraries. * Familiarity with cloud computing environments and MLOps/LLMOps practices. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Fluent in English, as well as French or Dutch And you are also: * Passionate about solving business problems with data and analytics. * Outcome-focused, able to balance technical excellence with business needs. * Curious and eager to continuously learn and experiment with new techniques. * Collaborative and thrive in team environments. * Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented. ## Description In AI&Analytics Solutions team, we want to ensure that we're bringing smart decision making (human augmentation or automated) to the forefront of our processes/journeys by establishing a data and experimentation culture that could ultimately become a competitive advantage in today's fast-changing world.
