* 5+ years requirements/systems engineering for complex systems in defence or industry;
 * At least 2 years' experience in writing AI-related requirement documents;
 * Proven delivery in secure or regulated environments; collaboration with multi-stakeholder, multinational teams.

Desirable:

 * Proven ability to facilitate ideation/workshops, prototype concepts, and convert ambiguous needs into clear, testable requirements and actionable roadmaps;
 * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into operational requirements for non-technical stakeholders;
 * Strong project coordination and organization, including timeline and priority management.

## Description

* Conducting horizon scanning, customer surveys, and reviewing existing requirements for potential alignment and optimisation.
 * Collaborating with stakeholders and end users to understand requirements for advanced analytics and AI tools.
 * Analysing near- and long-term AI opportunities with clear operational value for space-based ISR workflows.
