## Description

* Provide technical leadership for GenAI use cases, including prompt design, grounding, orchestration, safety controls, and architecture patterns.
 * Drive best practices in prompt engineering, RAG systems, system design, and integration approaches.
 * Mentor Agent Makers and support complex builds, reviews, and problem-solving.
 * Define ALM strategy for Genesys AI Studio and Rabo AI assistants to ensure consistency and reliability across environments.
 * Own AI governance and testing frameworks, including regression testing, LLM-as-a-judge, and end-to-end testing.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, requirements, and integrations.
 * Represent the team in stakeholder discussions and translate technical solutions into business value.
