## Description

Ben jij een echte allrounder op IT-gebied en word jij blij van afwisselende werkzaamheden waarbij je zowel applicaties beheert als hands-on support levert? Voor een opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Allround IT-specialist die graag werkt binnen een dynamische en groeiende omgeving.

In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat alle IT-processen soepel verlopen. Je combineert applicatiebeheer met eerstelijns- en tweedelijnsondersteuning en levert technische bijdragen aan diverse IT-projecten. Samen met collega's, leveranciers en projectleiders werk je aan het optimaliseren van de IT-omgeving. Denk aan:

 * Beheer en configuratie van applicaties (zoals ERP, CRM).
 * Oplossen van gebruikersvragen en incidenten (1e/2e lijn).
 * Ondersteunen bij systeem- en netwerkbeheer.
 * Meewerken aan implementaties, migraties en digitaliseringsprojecten.
 * Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen op technisch vlak.
