## Description

* Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs sowie der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Anwendung
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Koordination neuer Funktionen im Rahmen des Anforderungs-, Release- und Incidentmanagements
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner sowie internen Stakeholdern zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Systems
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen zur Sicherstellung vollständig systemgestützter Arbeitsabläufe
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Prozess- und Anforderungsmanager:innen zur Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse
 * Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter:innen in Form von Präsenzveranstaltungen, Webinaren und E-Learning-Modulen
 * Unterstützung der Anwender:innen bei der Nutzung des Partnerfirmenmanagementsystems
