* Een bruto maandsalaris (o.b.v. 40 uur) van € 3.900 tot € 5.700 - op basis van je achtergrond en ervaring
 * Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week
 * Een duurzaam inzetbaarheidsbudget dat we maandelijks uitkeren. Dit is 2,3% van je maandsalaris

* Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
 * Je communiceert helder en weet stakeholders mee te nemen
 * Ervaring met informatiemanagementsystemen (zoals SharePoint, Forma / ACC, Relatics of VISI)
 * Kennis van Systems Engineering en V&V-processen
 * Digitaal vaardig en maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen
 * Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau

## Description

Als document controller speel je een sleutelrol in het beheersen van informatiestromen binnen het project. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle documentatie op orde is, processen gevolgd worden en het team altijd werkt met de juiste en actuele informatie.

* Beheren van documentatie en versiecontrole
 * Inrichten en beheren van het documentmanagementsysteem
 * Bewaken van documentstromen (review, acceptatie, vrijgave)
 * Zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte distributie van documenten
 * Borgen van procedures en richtlijnen rondom documentbeheer
 * Ondersteunen bij audits en verificatieprocessen
 * Beheren van opleverdossiers en contractuele documentatie
 * Je draagt actief bij aan één duidelijke waarheid binnen het project ("single source of truth") en zorgt dat alles traceerbaar en compliant is.

Jouw rol

Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team informatiemanagement / projectbeheersing en werkt nauw samen met BIM, systems engineering en procesmanagement.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de documentatie gestructureerd, volledig en auditproof is en blijft. Daarbij stem je continu af met projectteamleden over de status, kwaliteit en voortgang van documenten.
