* Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5 en informatique, systèmes d'information ou domaine équivalent
 * Vous avez de bonnes connaissances techniques généralistes (systèmes d'exploitation, réseaux, matériel informatique)
 * Vous vous intéressez à l'intelligence artificielle et à ses applications concrètes en entreprise
 * Une première expérience ou des connaissances sur SharePoint sont un plus
 * Vous êtes autonome, curieux(se), organisé(e) et à l'aise dans la relation avec les utilisateurs
 * Bon relationnel et sens du service : vous savez expliquer une solution technique simplement

## Description

* Support & assistance utilisateurs : diagnostiquer et résoudre les problématiques informatiques rencontrées par les collaborateurs (matériel, logiciel, accès, réseau…)
 * Gestion du parc informatique : préparer et configurer les postes de travail des nouveaux arrivants (installation, paramétrage, sécurisation)
 * Maintenance et évolution du SI : contribuer à l'administration et à l'amélioration continue des outils internes, notamment le SharePoint interne dont vous piloterez les évolutions
 * Veille et innovation : explorer et proposer des cas d'usage autour de l'intelligence artificielle pour optimiser les processus internes
 * Polyvalence matérielle : intervenir sur différents types de matériels informatiques (PC, Mac, périphériques divers)
