* Formation Bac+2/3 en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT R&T, licence pro) ou expérience équivalente.
 * 2 ans minimum en support technique, administration système ou développement.
 * Maîtrise de l'environnement LAMP ; expérience en admin système (Debian/Proxmox) et réseau (firewall, VPN).
 * Compétences en scripting (Bash/Python), automatisation (Ansible), bases de données (SQL) ; notions de Symfony.
 * Sensibilité à la cybersécurité (RGPD, PRA).

Atouts appréciés
Certifications (ITIL, Linux, sécurité) connaissances cloud/DevOps outils GLPI, ServiceNow ou 3CX.

## Description

* Support client - environnement LAMP : diagnostic et résolution des incidents (Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP), collaboration avec les développeurs (Symfony), escalade si nécessaire.
 * Infrastructure, sécurité & support interne : supervision et maintenance de l'infra (Debian/Proxmox), sécurisation (firewall, VPN WireGuard, antivirus, RGPD, PRA), et support des utilisateurs internes (Linux/Windows, VOIP 3CX, outils collaboratifs).
 * Paramétrage et livraison des projets clients : configuration et déploiement des solutions, en lien avec développeurs et prestataires.
 * Création de scripts et automatisation : développement de scripts Bash/Python et playbooks Ansible (sauvegardes, déploiements, mises à jour) et documentation des procédures.
 * Tests et analyse des bugs logiciels : tests et débogage de DEMATDOC en pré-production et recette, résolution des anomalies remontées par les clients.
 * Participation à la roadmap produit : analyse des retours clients pour proposer des évolutions et contribution aux réunions techniques.
