You are responsible for the installation, configuration, testing and validation phases, follow-up, customer training, and all corrective actions related to the software and network solutions installed on the equipment sold to our customers and used in a cleanroom environment for semiconductor manufacturing. You work in support of our customer service and process support teams within the client's cleanroom, and travel up to 75% of the time.
