## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service Management inkl. Steuerung von Dienstleistern und operativer Verantwortung
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Outlook und Exchange auf Service- und Prozessebene sowie technisches Grundverständnis
 * Erfahrung mit ITIL sowie Tools wie Jira (z. B. Kanban, Dashboards)
 * Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis (Reporting, Kostenkontrolle, Lizenzmanagement)
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)

## Description

* Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von Collaboration Services (insb. E-Mail/Exchange/Outlook) entlang des gesamten Service-Lifecycles
 * Steuerung, Koordination und fachliche Führung eines interdisziplinären Service-Teams sowie externer Dienstleister
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Dokumentation von Service-Prozessen inkl. Aufbau und Pflege von Wissensdatenbanken
 * Management von Eskalationen sowie Sicherstellung nachhaltiger und transparenter Problemlösungen
 * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports sowie enge Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
