 * Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
 * Zertifizierungen: Einschlägige Zertifizierungen (z. B. Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Kanban, SAFe, systemisches Coaching) sind wünschenswert - die praktische Erfahrung ist jedoch entscheidend., * Fundiertes Wissen über agile Prinzipien und Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean); idealerweise Erfahrung mit gängigen Skalierungsansätzen (z. B. SAFe, LeSS, Nexus o. Ä.).
 * Kenntnisse in Change-Management und Organisationsentwicklung, idealerweise Erfahrung mit kulturellen Veränderungsprozessen.
 * Technisches Grundverständnis zu IT-Infrastrukturen bzw. Infrastruktur im DevOps-Kontext.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools zur Unterstützung agiler Zusammenarbeit (MS-Office, Jira, Confluence, digitale Whiteboards wie Miro/Mural).
 * Branchenkenntnis: Kenntnisse im Versicherungswesen sind erforderlich
