* Laufendes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbarem Studiengang
 * Grundverständnis moderner IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Interesse an IT-Service-Management und Governance-Themen
 * Fähigkeit, Projekt- und Prozessinhalte strukturiert aufzubereiten und sauber zu dokumentieren
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Tools (insb. Excel, PowerPoint); erste Erfahrung mit M365, Cloud oder Automatisierung von Vorteil
 * Analytische, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
 * Hohe Motivation, sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten und in einer globalen IT-Organisation mitzuarbeiten

## Description

* Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten und Ausschreibungen (RFPs) (z. B. ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, Device as a Service, Managed NOC)
 * Strukturierung und Dokumentation von Projekt- und Prozessinhalten
 * Mitwirkung bei Governance- und Compliance-Themen (Hardware-Prozesse, ISMS-Dokumentation, Audit-Vorbereitung)
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Wissensdatenbanken (Confluence, Knowledge-Base für ServiceNow)
 * Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
(für Management-Runden, Community Calls, interne Kommunikation)

 * Begleitung interner Tech Adoption Initiativen (z. B. Copilot Adoption, Dokumentationskonsolidierung), * Eigenständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
 * Abgestimmte Schwerpunkte auf Studieninhalte
 * Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben
 * Betreuung durch Ausbildungsbeauftragte und Fachpersonal
