## Description

Nach erfolgreicher Absolvierung unseres umfassenden Ausbildungsprogramms lernst Du on the Job die Prozesse, Projektmethodik und Funktionalitäten in Bezug auf SAP Human Experience Management (HXM) tiefer kennen.

In Zusammenarbeit mit einer/einem erfahrenen Kollegin/Kollegen unterstützt Du bei der konzeptionellen Vorbereitung und Durchführung spannender SAP HXM Einführungs- und Beratungsprojekte bei unserer Kundschaft.

Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen mit und unterstützt bei der Erarbeitung von Optimierungsansätzen im Abgleich mit den Anforderungen der Kundschaft.

Beim Customizing und bei der Implementierung von kundenspezifischen SAP HCM- und SuccessFactors-Lösungen ist deine Unterstützung gefragt.
