## About the Role

* Idealerweise abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, IT-Kenntnisse und IT-Affinität
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows und MS Office
 * Erfahrungen im IT Support, Kundensupport, Telefonsupport bzw. User Helpdesk bzw. in einem IT Rollout
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Active Directory und einem Ticket-System
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb

## Description

* Entgegennahme von Supportanfragen per Telefon, Ticketsystem und E-Mail
 * Analyse und Lösung von technischen Problemen im First-Level-Support
 * Dokumentation der Supportvorgänge im Ticketsystem
 * Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für IT-bezogene Anfragen und Probleme der Anwender (m/w/d)
 * Je nach Standort und Projekt kann nach der Einarbeitung ggf. bis zu 50% aus dem Home Office gearbeitet werden (abhängig vom Kenntnisstand), * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
 * Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
