Desirable Skills & Experience * Experience supporting Windows Server environments. * Basic understanding of SQL databases and database connectivity. * Familiarity with RAID concepts and storage technologies. * Previous experience within healthcare technology, medical devices, radiotherapy, medical imaging, or a similarly regulated environment. * Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or equivalent industry-recognised qualifications. ## Description We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team.
