* Bearbeitung von Tickets aus dem gesamten Umfeld der Unternehmensgruppe
 * Begleitung der Anwender bei IT-Problemen inkl. Remoteunterstützung
 * Unterstützung und Betreuung der User in Anwendungs- und Systemfragen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Upgrade von Client-Software
 * Lösung der auftretenden IT-Probleme innerhalb der vorgegebenen Servicezeiten (Service-Level-Agreements=SLAs) oder ggf. Weiterleitung an den nachgelagerten Support (2nd Level)
