## About the Role

* eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (Systemintegration / Anwendungsentwicklung), ein Studium (Informatik, Wirtschafts- oder Medizininformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringst - alternativ als medizinischer Key User mit hoher IT-Kompetenz startest.
 * klinische und administrative Krankenhausprozesse kennst und die dafür nötige IT-Infrastruktur verstehst.
 * idealerweise mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld einer medizinischen Einrichtung sowie in Konfiguration und Administration klinischer Anwendungen hast.
 * erste Erfahrung in der Dienstleistersteuerung mitbringst.
 * sorgfältig, serviceorientiert und teamstark arbeitest - analytisch denkst und strukturiert vorgehst.

## Description

* Second Level - du konfigurierst medizinische IT-Anwendungen und behebst Fehler, ggf. mit Herstellern/Dienstleistern.
 * Beratung leisten - du unterstützt Fachbereiche und Key User rund um klinische Anwendungen.
 * Anforderungen klären - du erhebst und detaillierst Geschäftsanforderungen für passgenaue Lösungen.
 * Einführung steuern - du begleitest Projekte zur Einführung neuer Applikationen, Komponenten und Schnittstellen.
 * Systeme administrieren - du betreibst Software in physischen/virtuellen Umgebungen und verantwortest KIS, PDMS, AIS, PACS, LIS, CIS, RIS, Archiv und Subsysteme.
