## Description

Prozessmanagement und operative Steuerung:

 * Entwicklung und Implementierung effizienter Abläufe für Auftragsabwicklung, Retourenmanagement, Kundenservice und Lieferantenmanagement
 * Überwachung und Koordination des gesamten Bestellprozesses - vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung
 * Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen und optimaler Lagerbestände zur Vermeidung von Überbeständen oder Lieferengpässen
 * Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen, Stornierungen und Reklamationen
 * Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in der Lieferkette
 * Abstimmung mit Lager, Versanddienstleistern und Fulfillment-Partnern

Datenanalyse und Reporting:

 * Analyse von Verkaufszahlen, Lagerbewegungen und operativen KPI´s
 * Erstellung von Reports zur Performance-Optimierung
 * Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Rechnungen

Produktdatenpflege & Schnittstellenmanagement:

 * Pflege und Optimierung von Produktinformationen, Bildern, Preisen und Lagerbeständen
 * Unterstützung des Key Account Managers bei Analysen und Vorbereitung der Jahresgespräche / Meetings
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, wie z. B. Supply Chain, Marketing, Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung und Kundenservice
