## Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to create, test, and maintain computer programs and websites. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver critical business systems, optimize software functionality, and monitor application analytics. The ideal candidate will work end-to-end across projects, from initial code design to deployment and continuous maintenance., * Hands-on Development: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to build programs, applications, and websites.

 * Design & Innovation: Develop and design new product functionality for both greenfield (new) and brownfield (existing) BAU projects.
 * Critical Support: Provide maintenance and support for critical business systems, identifying and executing necessary software modifications.
 * Project Delivery: Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of business-critical projects and products.
 * Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor system analytics efficiently and proactively escalate "hot issues" before they impact operations.
 * Strategic Input: Contribute valuable insights and strategic direction to the development and evolution of core business applications.
