The programme will transform the way housing services are delivered, improve data quality, strengthen compliance, and enhance the digital experience for both residents and staff. This is a highly visible, relationship-focused role, requiring regular on-site presence to work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and delivery partners. The Role As Programme Manager, you will take ownership of the programme from initiation through to successful implementation and post-go-live support. You will lead technical, data, and business change workstreams while ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with governance and compliance requirements.
