## About the Role

We're looking for someone with strong technical ability and an excellent customer-focused approach.

You'll ideally have:

 * 5+ years' experience within CCTV and Access Control engineering
 * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
 * Experience working with IP CCTV systems
 * Knowledge of NVRs, DVRs, cameras and security peripherals
 * Experience servicing access control systems
 * Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, VLANs, remote access)
 * ECS Card
 * Full UK Driving Licence
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently across multiple sites

## Description

Are you an experienced CCTV & Access Control Engineer looking to join a company that genuinely values quality, customer service and technical excellence?

We're exclusively recruiting for an established electronic security specialist delivering bespoke security solutions across Central London. This is a service and maintenance-focused role where you'll work with a wide range of commercial clients, ensuring their security systems remain reliable, compliant and operating at peak performance.

The Role

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a variety of electronic security systems across multiple client sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Planned preventative maintenance of CCTV and access control systems
 * Diagnosing and repairing faults on CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs and associated equipment
 * Servicing access control systems including readers, controllers, locks and intercoms
 * Carrying out minor upgrades and system modifications
 * Configuring user access rights and door schedules
 * Supporting basic IP network configuration including IP addressing and VLANs
 * Completing service documentation and maintenance records
 * Delivering outstanding customer service whilst working independently across client sites
