Working within our Digital, Technology and Change team, you'll be responsible for transforming business requirements into high-quality digital products and services within our CRM environment. The role will be involved in the Council's Case and Customer management (CCM) project, Arcus Global platform built on Salesforce. CCM is an exciting and transformational project for the Council ensuring our teams have the technology they need to provide excellent services to Reading residents. You'll lead software development activities, champion best practice and help drive innovation through automation, integration and modern development approaches. About the role This is a hands-on technical role requiring expertise in software development, systems integration and digital service delivery.
