We're looking for an organised, proactive, and motivated Administrator to become an essential part of our growing security company in Mallusk, Newtownabbey. If you enjoy keeping things organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Managing calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally.
 * Maintaining company databases
 * Maintaining filing system both electronic and paper based.
 * Compiling Sales Specifications
 * Carry out any other administrative duties required to support the business
