* Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related discipline.
 * Minimum 5 years' industry experience developing computer vision solutions.
 * Strong programming skills in:
 + Python
 + C++
 * Experience with:
 + OpenCV
 + TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
 * Strong understanding of:
 + Computer Vision
 + Machine Learning
 + Deep Learning
 * Experience building data collection setups and data pipelines.
 * Experience developing production-quality software.

Desirable Experience

 * Robotics or autonomous systems.
 * Automotive vision systems.
 * Sensor fusion.
 * LiDAR, depth cameras or stereo vision.
 * Point cloud processing.
 * NVIDIA Jetson.
 * GPU optimisation.
 * Embedded AI deployment.
 * Docker.
 * CI/CD pipelines.
 * Linux development.

Personal Skills

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication skills.
 * Able to work independently and within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
 * Passion for innovation and solving challenging technical problems.

## Description

* Design, develop and optimise computer vision algorithms for real-world applications.
 * Build and improve image processing and machine learning pipelines.
 * Design and implement data collection systems and data pipelines for vision applications.
 * Develop object detection, tracking, segmentation and recognition algorithms.
 * Work with cameras, sensors and perception systems.
 * Deploy and optimise AI models for embedded and edge devices.
 * Collaborate with software, hardware and systems engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
 * Evaluate and improve algorithm performance using real-world datasets.
