Relevant Microsoft, VMware, Azure, ITIL, security or infrastructure certifications are advantageous. ## Description You'll join a warm and collaborative team supporting the Society's infrastructure and wider technology estate. These roles are broad Systems Engineer roles first, with additional depth in Windows Server security, patching, vulnerability remediation, operating system hardening, secure configuration and operational improvement. We're looking for engineers who are proactive and curious. This is not just about responding to tickets or waiting to be directed day to day. We want people who can identify risks, spot improvement opportunities, bring well-considered solutions to the table, and help deliver those improvements safely through change control, testing, rollback planning and evidence.
