AspireCRM are an exciting Salesforce consulting partner working with a range of organisations across the UK to deliver exciting Salesforce implementations and solutions. What You'll Do: As a Salesforce Managed Service Analyst you will be responsible for providing operational support to AspireCRM's customer base and their respective Salesforce implementations, within defined SLA periods. You will take complete ownership of all investigating, analysing, planning and implementation of support requests including bug fixes, queries and small scale development requests. As the Salesforce Managed Service Analyst within the business you will be engaged directly with AspireCRM existing customers over a number of channels including, email, phone, Salesforce Experience Cloud and other messaging systems.
