This role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and is motivated by helping customers, brokers and branches achieve the best possible outcomes., * 6 GCSE passes (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics * 2 year's customer service experience * Strong MS office and IT skills * Have a positive attitude with a passion for customer service * Ability to use initiative, work under pressure, manage workload and meet deadlines Desired Criteria * Previous experience working in a financial environment * Telephony experience Skills Needed Establishing Rapport With Clients, Communication, Teamwork ## Description This is an excellent opportunity to join our Mortgage Support Services Team in a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the mortgage journey. You will play a key part in delivering a smooth, high-quality service by supporting mortgage completions, handling post-offer queries and working closely with colleagues across the Society. The team also supports customers and solicitors with mortgage account queries, including the maintenance and storage of Title Deeds.
