This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive IT professional who enjoys getting out into the business, building relationships with users and taking ownership of IT issues from start to finish. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees, providing both remote and on-site support, while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being the person colleagues turn to when they need IT support.
