Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Finance Implementation Specialist - **Company:** AccountsIQ - **Location:** London, UK - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Databases, System Configuration, Data Cleansing, Data Migration, Systems Integration - **Published:** July 5, 2026 - **Apply:** https://uk.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=c53e2be074988c47 ## About the Role * 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing finance system implementation, onboarding, or consultancy role. * Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, budgeting, reporting, month-end, and consolidation. * Experience managing customers through implementation projects, from kickoff and configuration through to testing, go-live, and handover. * Confidence running customer workshops, onboarding sessions, training sessions, and project update calls. * The ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical system setup, process guidance, reporting needs, or integration requirements. * Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, actions, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations. * Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain finance and system concepts clearly to different audiences. * The ability to manage multiple onboarding projects at the same time while maintaining accuracy, pace, and a high-quality customer experience. * A proactive, pragmatic problem-solver with a genuine interest in finance technology, process improvement, and customer success. * To be comfortable working with internal teams such as Product, Support, Integrations, Reporting, Sales, and Account Management ## Description Reporting to the Head of Solutions and Services, the successful candidate will work with new UK and Irish customers and support partners during the implementation and onboarding stage. The Finance Implementation Specialist will be confident and will guide new customers through our easy steps to digitalise their finance function, which has a big impact on improving the daily working life of all finance staff and those who work around finance.
