* Has experience working directly with customers in an implementation, onboarding, solutions or consulting role, ideally within a SaaS or technology business.
 * Is an exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
 * Thinks analytically and enjoys turning complex business challenges into clear, practical solutions.
 * Has a strong understanding of AI and Large Language Models, with the ability to explain AI-powered evaluation to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Is confident facilitating workshops and building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
 * Believes the best consultants help customers become self-sufficient rather than dependent.
 * Enjoys working collaboratively across Customer Success, Sales, Product and Technical Success.
 * Takes pride in delivering great work and is always looking for ways to improve.

Bonus points if you've worked with contact centre technology, quality management, workforce engagement, CCaaS, or have experience helping customers move from manual processes to AI-powered solutions.
