Nice to have: * Experience creating content for live streaming, gaming, sports or collectibles audiences. * An understanding of social media platforms & algorithms, trends and what drives reach, engagement and watch time. * Basic photography and videography skills for capturing content in the studio. * Familiarity with OBS, ManyCam or similar live production software. ## Description Video & Social Content * Capture and edit the biggest pulls, reactions and moments from our live streams. * Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. * Turn live moments into engaging edits using captions, motion graphics, sound design and effects. * React quickly to trends, community moments and conversations to keep content relevant. * Repurpose long-form streams into multiple pieces of social content. Live Stream Graphics * Design eye-catching, high-converting thumbnails that increase click-throughs. * Create stream overlays, lower thirds, countdowns, alerts and other broadcast graphics. * Ensure every stream looks polished and consistent across all SCD Live channels. Design & Marketing * Produce promotional graphics for social media, product launches, campaigns and live events. * Design assets across multiple formats while maintaining a consistent visual identity. * Help evolve the creative direction and visual identity of SCD Live across every touchpoint. Signature Content Series * Own our weekly and monthly "Best Hits" content, showcasing the biggest pulls and moments from the community. * Combine video, graphics and key stats into engaging content people want to watch and share. * Help develop new recurring content formats that build anticipation and grow the SCD Live brand. Creative Ownership * Bring fresh ideas that push SCD Live forward creatively. * Maintain templates, presets and workflows that keep production fast without sacrificing quality. * Stay ahead of social trends, editing styles and platform updates. * Continuously experiment with new content formats that increase reach, engagement and watch time.
