* Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in a product development environment.

 * Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred:

 * DevOps Practices: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
 * Past Project Experience: Previous experience working with automation engines and/or building collaboration features and team workflow tools highly appreciated but not required.
