This is a highly client-facing role where you'll partner directly with physicians, nurses, front office teams, billing staff, and clinic leadership to successfully implement healthcare technology from planning through go-live. You'll serve as a trusted implementation partner, helping organizations confidently adopt new technology while improving workflows and patient care. Success in this role requires more than technical expertise. We're looking for someone who builds trust quickly, communicates with confidence, stays calm under pressure, and guides healthcare teams through change with professionalism and empathy.
