* 10+ years of experience managing healthcare ERP solutions
 * Proven experience with Oracle Fusion implementations or optimization initiatives
 * Strong knowledge of:

o Oracle Fusion ERP

o Oracle Fusion EPM

o Oracle Fusion SCM

o Oracle Fusion FDI / analytics

 * Experience leading cross-functional, complex IT projects
 * Experience working in a healthcare environment, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
 * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
 * Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
 * Familiarity with healthcare finance, supply chain, and operational workflows
 * Experience with cloud ERP integrations, data migration, and enterprise architecture

## Description

* Lead planning and execution of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects
 * Manage projects across ERP, EPM, SCM, and FDI domains
 * Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scope, risks, and resource plans
 * Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful outcomes
 * Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams
 * Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide status reporting to leadership
 * Drive change management and adoption strategies
 * Ensure integration with existing healthcare systems and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
 * Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies based on project needs.
