## About the Role

A hands-on technical role. You'll be deep in the work: designing, building, and delivering solutions for AAM across data science, data architecture, and data engineering, while serving as a go-to technical expert for the team. Aviation weather experience is a plus., * Proven experience in data analytics, data science, data architecture, or data engineering (role-dependent)

 * For Data Leads: deep hands-on technical expertise across data science, data architecture, and data engineering - someone who leads by doing
 * For Human Factors: background in human factors engineering, ergonomics, or human-systems integration
 * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in Aviation and/or Advance Air Mobility (AAM) Industry
