## About the Role

This is a hands-on position for an experienced specialist ready to work independently in a production environment. You'll work directly with physical servers, make informed decisions on the ground, collaborate with remote engineering teams, and play a key role in keeping our infrastructure running., * Solid experience with server hardware and troubleshooting

 * Proficiency with Linux systems (Ubuntu preferred).
 * Understanding of data centre operations: power, cooling, cabling
 * Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
 * Ability to work on-site in Ashburn, VA
 * Availability for on-call support

## Description

* Install, rack, and maintain physical servers and related hardware
 * Perform BIOS configuration and hardware troubleshooting
 * Handle Linux system tasks independently (Ubuntu preferred)
 * Respond to incidents and outages (on-call support)
 * Make on-site decisions and collaborate with remote engineering teams
