 * 8+ years Oracle ERP experience (Cloud + EBS).
 * 5+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
 * 10+ years in full-cycle Oracle SCM implementations.
 * Strong expertise in finance & project accounting processes.
 * Experience in fit-gap analysis, solution design, and governance.
 * Ability to lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
 * Hands-on experience with functional specs and solution validation.
 * Lead functional solution architecture for Oracle ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, AHCS, Projects).

## Description

* Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
 * Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and define future-state finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
 * Design chart of accounts, enterprise structures, and financial data models.
 * Review and govern FDDs, process flows, and end-to-end designs.
 * Act as primary liaison between finance stakeholders and IT teams.
 * Define integration requirements and collaborate on OIC-based solutions.
 * Support testing, UAT, and deployment from a functional standpoint.
