Medpace is a contract research organization that supports pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies through the planning and execution of clinical trials. The Clinical Informatics team develops dashboards, analyses, and applications that help study teams make data-driven decisions for the operation of their trials. This team also supports enterprise-wide application development that leverages interconnected data across Medpace and external systems to improve trial operations, visibility, and efficiency. The Manager will serve as both a hands-on contributor and people leader for a growing team with an evolving scope. This individual will partner closely with Clinical and Medical Operations, Software Development, IT Architecture, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Biostatistics, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable data products. The ideal candidate is technically strong, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and excited to help shape team processes, standards, and strategy as the department continues to mature.
