## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Implementation Engineer to lead OSP network design, financial planning, and regulatory coordination across multiple projects. This role is responsible for managing engineering requests within an assigned geographic area and ensuring seamless project execution through close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and municipal stakeholders. The position also serves as a subject matter expert (SME), providing mentorship and guidance to Associate Engineers and Engineer I/II resources.

The Main Responsibilities

 * Prepare and update Engineering Work Orders for new builds, upgrades, and fiber deployments (FTTN, FTTH, FTTT, etc.).

 * Review design prints and redlines; apply corrections to ensure accuracy and construction readiness.

 * Develop OSP designs in 3GIS and utilize tools such as AutoCAD/CAD systems, Ivalua, Netsuite, Sitetracker, and Microsoft Office.

 * Process invoices, validate financial documentation, and resolve discrepancies.

 * Coordinate with vendors, developers, builders, and municipalities on project requirements and timelines.

 * Engage with city departments to secure permits and ensure regulatory compliance.

 * Support, coach and mentor Associate Engineers and Engineering I/II resources.
