This role will lead complex IT initiatives from business case development through production deployment and operational transition. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise IT projects, implementing ITIL processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.
